This policy explains how Channel Dynamix (Pty) Ltd ("Channel Dynamix", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use https://www.channeldynamix.co.za or contact us. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

• Details you give us. When you complete the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
• Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots on the contact form. It may set a short-lived token in your browser.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• To provide and improve the services you ask us about.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We only contact you about what you asked us, or matters closely related to it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, under appropriate safeguards. These include our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email delivery provider (Resend). Some of these providers may process data outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information stays protected.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can:

• ask what personal information we hold about you,
• ask us to correct or delete it,
• object to how we use it, and
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
